To answer your quastion:
When I was with Tower on the phone they told me the new one with red sticker is a match to the new receiver also with red sticker and Secure Link Technology. That is what I mean....
There is no Tactic with white sticker beeing sold on Tower site. Only the tower version has the white sticker but no Secure Link. You may say they are the same but the red sticker original Tactic is the only one you can take advantage from new Secure Link Technology. They will work with the older receivers no problem.
That is my understanding of it after the conversation with them.

You will not be able to purchase Tactic with white sticker on it, it is gone and was replaced with the new version.
