if you ran a 20c 5000mah pack that would be more than a 30c 2200mah pack for amps....NAMBA20...Caterpillar UL-1, P-Spec OM29, P-Mono DF33, P-Spec JAE, Aussie 33" Hydro-LSH, Sprintcat CC2028 on 8s, PT SS45 Q Hydro, PS295 UL-1 power, OSE Brothers Outlaw QMono 4-sale, Rio 51z CC2028 on 8sComment

Yeah I know just waiting for big papa to decide if he needs them or not..... Put me in line next for em for sure.... I have a precision aerobatics extra 260 and a Precision aerobatics MX.... I use (2) 2200's in the mx and one in the extra 260.... these would work great.... I also run 2200's in all my other small planes..... I think I have WAY to many hobbies:) or.... maybe not:)Comment

It has nothing to do with the AMP or draw capacity. It has to do with the ability of a higher C battery to shove the volts through with more power....to be simplistic. If you have ever moved from a 20C battery to an identical one with 30C, you would see the incredible difference in the initial power. Once the pack bleeds off a bit then everything is equal.

When I run my BJ26 on my 4200 30C it takes off nice and smooth. When I run it with my 3200 40C Thunderpower packs I have to be careful on take off as it jumps right out of the water.
Thanks Jim!Comment
