How do you clean this? Do you have to open the motor to get it out?

No you can just use some Electronics cleaner and some canned air and it will be fine. Def not the way I would ship a Neu motor but to each his own.

Its the shredded padding for the soft envelope. He should have used a small flat rate box.

Like stated it can be cleaned with compressed air and electronics cleaner. Wouldn't have been needed if packed right tho. Could have at least put some bubble wrap and tape?

                  Guys,

I don’t agree with the assumption that “it will be fine” Bearings don’t like this kind of stuff. This situation has most defiantly compromised the integrity of the bearings, and most likely going to cause a premature bearing failure. Foreign objects like this will cause bearing performance to degrade, and cause increase heat. This thing is capable of 25,000+ RPM.

i made an honest mistake here..i did not realize there was paper padding on the inside..i thought it was bubble wrapped..i have pm'ed the buyer about this situation and have offered a refund and pay for shipping back...buyers please do not assume that i do not care about things i sell on ose..the truth is that i do care that the person is happy at the end..i made a mistake..these issues can be solved by private message..

......and then put pics out here for all of us to see. That should not have been done until the seller didn't get back to you or he didn't make it right. Posting up picks like this before the seller even has a chance to make things right is jumping the gun a little bit...don't ya think? He made a mistake in how he packaged it. He admits that. The whole world didn't need to know about it!
