Need Rudder For a 17'' Hydro

Hay guys i no you can get a new one for like 30.00 but after shipping its more like 45.00,,,, does anyone have one they dont use to fit mini hydro 17'' perferably not home made looking...

The one I think would be great is from OSE at the bottom of the page for struts and rudders, It is silver. Really inexpensive and really nice. I have put them on three different boats.
