Dude, you want difficulties???, in 13 months, Ive lost my job, 2 grandmothers are dead, mom diagnosed w/ cancer, dad broke his back, dad lost his job, mom lost her job. And in all that, i was still able to take care of important things I needed to. I will agree and I can sympathize w/ you, losing a loved one sux ass. But Im sure all of us here at OSE just feel it could have been handled much more maturely.Comment

First don`t call me "dude",lets be clear on that.And i still have no refund nowhere to be found,just got a Paypal notice stating that they have escalated the dispute and that they will make a decision within the next 30 days..Thats all.
Keep saying whatever you would like to say.Whenever i get my money back,if it ever, i`m gonna post here everything from day one. I want everyone here to see who you really are.Do you know i can really call your parents(i got their phone number) and find out if someone really died? Even if so its no excuse`cause whenever you were out of town taking care of the "death" business you were lurking here every now and then but didn`t have the time or integrity to reply to my PM`s and calls!!! you want more???!! please don`t make me.
And if you really work in law enforcement?......shame on you,way to go and show everyone what you do on the side.Its been lie after lie from day one.As i said i have more on you.Have you heard of law enforcement web investigators,its true and they solve cases like this.I know first hand,don`t ask...........
Funny thing is,as soon i posted your pic here with more info on you,all of the sudden,......here`s Trey,he`s back.This says same thing as above,you keep coming/lurking to the forum to read and find out whats going on but you don`t have the guts to respond to PM`s etc.......
Be aware that i know there`s another excellent forum member in the same situation as me with you.You better start taking care of that also........

Al I just talked to paypal earlier tonight before I posted and they said they had closed the dispute and sent the funds to your account. There is no reason to be rude i told you when i could refund the money up front and I also would like to tell you that I am a grown ass man if you would like to contact me then call me i gave you my phone number a while back so there is no reason to drag in two old parents into the mix. Feel free to call me and we can get this resolved but im telling you the last thing i was told by a paypal rep this evening was that they have closed the dispute and refunded to money to your account I will call again right now however just to clarify cause there is nothing more that I want than to give you your money and get you off my case man im sorry things didn't go as planned i can certainly understand you being upset but I am trying everything I can right now to get you the money. Call paypal if you dont believe me they will tell you the same thing!
BTW I was not lurking here during the time when i was out of town I hadnt even been on here for the whole time. Plus if you would like to get realistic for a moment if you want to slander than know who and what you are getting yourself into my friend I already told you once when you threatened to come here because "your work allows you to go anywhere free" come on. Please i am not trying to play tough guy but it seems you are so until you figure out you can call paypal and verify the info i gave you then I am not sure what else to tell you.Comment

Trey,now you think you are dealing with someone same as you.Never,so calm down,we are different worlds apart,believe me.Theres no point on going there as that have never been my style so i`m no wasting my time on that.
Still nothing from Paypal on my side.Now i tell you go ask them if you don`t believe me.You tell me who to call and how to contact the people at paypal.

Weather isn't what prevents me from running a boat all year, it's me. All my boats are in some stage of construction except completion.
During that heavy snow we had, our water was still wet!!
