Just a note, I am pretty sure that ESC is 45amps, the aqua craft one is 60; but it is perfect for that motor and boat. My favorite motor/esc combo!!

Hobby-e-mart is a second hand used ebay seller..
some of their stuff does not work and most have dings, scratches, broken chipped hulls and not working items like motors or escs..
They write ebay on their stuff like in the hull infront of the motor like yours

Lots of hobb e mart ive seen dont come with the wooden stand. So it might not be from there.

Im going to comment because I got ripped on the same product from the same place. Someone bought from hobb e mart and resold to me. It almost ruined my FE experience. It had a bad esc and kept stopping and starting. Wouldnt run for crap. Also found it had a bad outdrive. $250 later, help from HK and Steven i hope to have made it a good sport boat.
