Used but in great shape 9xl

For sale, is a used but very well taken care of, 9xl. Bearings are tight, no sign of slop. Magnets feel fine. Case looks almost brand new, comes with cooling coil.

Well it has a red can, same wires, and the same aluminum ends just like my HC 9XL motor..

I'm new to brushless terminology but I thought 9xl was what Feigao motors use or is there knock offs? Still, it seems like a great deal. Wrap another stick of a 36 inch tubing and it will be cool. Looks good to me!

9xl means 9 turn "XL" size 540 motor.

The hobbycity motors do not have plastic endcaps. Where did you get this from?

That looks exactly like a hobby city motor. You can buy them brand new for $29.99. Can, wire color, even the bullets that come with the motor. Im not saying this isn't a good deal considering the shipping from China though. The hobbycity motors are actually quite nice.

I am pretty sure it is not a hobbycity motor. Since the hobbycity motors have very very thin end caps. and they are black, very cheap metal. This has very thick aluminum caps and is pretty stout. it is not a Feigao..I can pretty much assure that based on the can color. I acquired this motor from a trade, so the history is unknown...BUT considering how clean the case is, the insides feel tight and it is a solid motor. I ran it before I posted this for sale thread.

These are two of my HObbycity motors.. they come with aluminum end bells, one is a Xl the other is a L motor..
hobbycity does not sell them with black end bells

Do you know how to take off the endcap? Removing that and showing us the rotor/insides would remove all uncertainty.

The hobbycity motors really are good quality, wish you would quite bashing on them...
