Fs 31" nitro boat

I have this 31" hull with a NOVA C21 nitro competition motor. This is another project I bought and never got to. Hull is in good shape, motor has good compression. Needs to be put back together.

This looks like a seaducer....21 ? if it is, is it a seaducer or sd3(surface drive) ?

I don't know what it is, the shaft is out of the bottom, not a surface drive. I got it used I think from an estate deal. No info on hull, Just motor. From what I understand these motors are expensive. I decided to go all electric thats why I'm selling the nitro stuff.
