I'm interested in the Fullers hardware... can't get good idea of how it works from pic; is that the kind where the rudder mounts to the strut bracket?

Jessie, the fuller hardware is the one that has the round shaft that you can cut to the length you want.

I don't call asking more information AND saying I am interested is snoozing. If you look at the times, there was a total of 6 minutes from the time I posted my question until the time you had sent your payment. I barely blinked and you jumped in and snatched it up.

I know it said first paypal gets it Andy, but cripes that was a little excessive on the elbows!

Just a note for the people out here.
That Astro 110 Deluxe charger can be changed into a 109 Lipo charger
with a chip from Astro for about $10.00
You can do the chip install yourself in about 5 minutes.

You also can change it back just buy swapping the chips.

I have two like this, and they work great.

The Astro 110 Deluxe and the Lipo 109 are the same charger except for the CHIP.
I use a piece of wide masking tape with LIPO ONLY written with black marker so as not to use it with Sub "C" cells.
