Out of curiosity why did you take out the Kontronik motors? Seems like a strange move from those to the Turnigy's...

On a 26" twin powered there would not be much for amps to draw. From there you can run lower capacity and lower dishcharge packs. I would imagine a couple "S" size Feigao's would even be more than plenty. Top that with high rpm to small diameter props with high pitch and you have yourself a inexpensive bad a$$ rocket! HA! I love to see all the new work being done on these catamaran hulls.

i didnt take in mind mass and weight. with twins... i runmy maritimo with 2700 kv on 4s ea and 442's and i have to run 200 amp controllers. i puffed 4 packs at 25-30 c disch. i guess im at 180-200 amps consistant. but my boats at 12 lbs wet.... still, 5 's with 80 amp controllers? GREAT BOAT ANYHOW, AND VERY WELL TUNED!!!!

twin drives on a 26" cat... man thats sick, and the speed for that size boat is unreal. I saved video to favorites. I cant afford to buy it so I'm gonna have to build one...I think I got 2 9L's and 2 hydras laying around here somewhere

I'm interested in that BudLight cat in your avatar, mudl!! Nice twin cat BTW, although a bit expensive for me... Would have considered it without electronics...
