Additional pics as you requested have been posted. There is some end play but a trust bearing would take care of that.

It could be. I bought it here on OSE. Pretty good price for what you are getting though. How would I tell if it is not a feigao?

the wires are different on my feigao, those look like the ones that came on my hobbycity motor...

I believe you are correct. Plus the case is red not purple.
