The UL-1 i both came to me just as it was posted with the batteries, TRC dont still be bitter about that men, It was a gift for my Brother. Am sorry the deal went like that i think its time to move on and give JP a chance.

To be honest the box was well packed and the boat was delivered with tracking.

All the bickering in the Swap shop is old, scammers should know by now not post here because all actions will be taken to find them.

Maybe JP did have a bad deal before but i received everything just fine, with good communication. Let use the swap shop for what it was meant for, trading and swapping.

Normally I wouldn't be like this, but his lies STILL continue. I can show you guys the PMs where you possibly wanted 3 batts and I could have the rest(6 total I believe). I sent payment immediately then nothing for days. I finally PMed him wondering when they were shipped, still no replies. THen I finally get part of my money back in my paypal acct w/ no explanation. Finally a day or so later he tells me it's my loss, batteries were sold out from under me. I know FOR A FACT I committed and paid before any deal on the boat even went through. Whatever, I would just stay away from people like this and there's no room for dishonesty around here IMO.

We're scratching our heads because we are confused about how the same boat can be sold twice , and how someone can actually think that others wouldn't catch on..
