I've got the boat next to me still waiting on my worker to drop it off at the post office today if you want I can unbox it and try and get most the foam out for you. Should not be to big a deal really. Let me know. I can pressure wash the foam out more than likely.

What about using a steel rod long enought to get into the nose with the very tip bent into an "L" (.25" or .50"). Chuck it into your cordless drill and go to town. Could be messy, but it might make quick work of the majority...

                Good Luck!

You could try a Dremel w/ Flex shaft attachment and a wire brush at the lowest speed.

Use a length of 3/8" or 1/2" copper pipe with one end cut like i^^^i it makes it kind of like a core drill.

Just run it like it is then if you feel it is necessary, try removing the foam. Careful. Those hulls are really thin! Easy to punch through it.

Just a thought but if you get the foam out is the hull gonna just pop right back or will it have any memory to the previously bloated shape? Are these hulls fg? I don't know much about how fiberglass behaves when it's bulged like that cuz I've never came a ccross this issue but I just figured I'd throw in my two cents worth. And two cents may very well be all it's worth:) Good luck and let us know what worked and how it worked!!

It should go back close to it's shape if heated up. It won't just pop back though.
