I have two of these brushed Schulze ESCcs. They have the following description on them:

6-12 Nic-Cd
I got them a while back to run in a Crackerbox class. Great little ESCs as they are very small and very light. The main electronics part measures 1.25" x 1" x 3/8". They've been collecting dust in my parts box, so I might as well list them to see if anyone has interest. One was never used and the other only had very limited run time (maybe 5 runs with a 6-cell stock 540 motor), but I'm not sure which is which... (I think the one with the Deans connector is the new one).
