If you have a Vette with a supercharger and that big of a liter motor and its only 500 hp... Id say that sucks for a Corvette in any model....

and the sad thing is.... I have seen Corvettes, Cobra's, Mustangs with Turbos and a still push for 600 hp on a reliable tune.

For someone to hack at my car and say it would get smoked blah blah blah... at least say that you own a car that will... cause I guarantee that your car will need to make another 90-100hp to the ground to be able an smoke my car... Hands down Vettes are over rated heavy ass cars....

Like I stated, Im starting diesel mechanic's next semester and need the extra cash or a nice trade with an 01-04 Dodge Cummin's diesel of the same value.

Ill only go for automatic trans trucks with a 2 door, long wheel base, or short w/b with 4 door.

          Thank you...lol

Actually one of my good friends has a 6.0 Procharged GTO, this car made 556whp on pump gas at 10psi.. the car has Cams, ported motor, intake headers, rods ect ect. this beast is built out the ass... but my car on 100 octane at 25psi will pull his car pretty fair... he has about 10 grand more in the motor than mine...

big thing is.. his car weights almost 1100lb's more... weight is a huge issue here and nobody ever takes that as a factor....

BUT..... how well is that little FWD car putting that power to the ground? That's the biggest problem. 500hp with stock tires and front wheel drive is not gonna hook up at all! However, it is a sweet ass ride!!

On the dyno this car put down all of 489 fwhp to the ground, and made 512hp at the crank.

Front wheel drive cars loose the least amout of hp/tq than any other car, but lack in traction...

That does not matter when the car has pt-steelies with M&H D.O.T Slicks on.. then it hooks awesome lol and I usually roll around town every now and then or go to the track.

I don't run my car at the track very often tho.. its torture on the axles as well as the clutch..

I like kick races on the streets.. but its illegal lol

Your car sound just like my friend Viper, just.....Viper has a lil deeper tone.

I have never ran the car on e85 race fuel and 29psi of boost...

I have ran airplane 100ll octane on slicks at the 1/8th mile and it turned over a 7.60
                        and a consistent 7.70's.

Id say on pump gas (93)oct. on slicks 21psi it will turn over 7.90's-8.00 every pass.

Im hoping in the budget to afford the race fuel soon but its very high by every 3 gallons... maybe the car will dip 7.30's... maybe.

The car was said by the original owner it ran a 11.22 at 1/4th... I ran a 12.30 on pump gas at the 1/4.

I hate neon's. I think they are one of the gayest looking cars on the road. Hands down just horrible. Mostly I hate that a$$ high look they have.....

But, I would drive yours. It looks like it sits about perfect! Nice looking car. lowered, lots of power. My Mustang GT would not stand a farts chance in a whirl wind of winning in a drag with you!

Good luck with the sale, and again...nice car!

Edit: Thats a ton power on E85...Thought running boost you NEED to run premium or better? Whats up with that? Just the curious side of me asking......
