You need a 5mm x 4mm coupler. Steven may have one. If not I can make you one.

Might be better off using a 150 cable and 3/16" shaft. Then it would be normal. What stub shaft does it have a 3/16"?

its funky. the cable and strut are two diff pieces and the end of the flex cable is square. i dont really like it but ill deal with for now. and the shaft isnt 3/16", its smaller cuz my octura x642 prop is loose on it so i have to run the stock prop for now.

That's a typical chinese setup. I don't like them either. You have to remove the strut to pull the cable out to lube it. Best idea is like Jeff says, change it out for .150 cable and 3/16" shaft. Not sure what you will have to do to the strut to modify it. You may have to get a new strut. You might want to check with Steven at OSE to see if he has some sort of strut bushing that will modify it. I would be interested to know myself! I have some of those struts and shafts in my 'junk' drawer.

well do. ill let you know what he says. id hate to spend money on a coupler that im only gonna use a couple times than switch to .150 and 3/16" shaft. thanks

steven never got back to me on this, he must be busy. is there anyway i can run my x642 prop on this shaft? i know the x642 is for 3/16" shaft size. The prop it comes with has a sleeve i might try to take out and see if it fits.
