I already know of hobbycity and i refuse to run 20c lipos in my boat.
I'll be buying from Hobbycity but i wont be buying and little dinky 20c 2s packs

typically 10-12c if I remember correctly.

Yeah, I just ordered a few 2s 4900 20c Rhino packs for my sv27 and it sounds like they should provide more juice then any ni/mh packs!!! They's Zippy packs from what i've heard and they are quality cells!! I sure hope they don't fry my esc anyways!! I planned on ordering the turnigy 20 or 30c 5000's but they are allways back ordered!!

Thinking about either getting out of boats all together or selling the nimh packs so i can pick up a couple lipo packs.

My post for the lipos was merely trying to be helpful as you did mention that you may want to pick up a couple of lipo packs. That was what I was responding to.
