Have you shipped this method before? I know they have the priority flat rate boxes but not sure to Hawaii?

yes, i think you can get the small box which is $4.95, otherwise the next size is less than $11. i use this all the time. i will even throw an extra $5 ($50 total) to make sure you can pack them well in the larger one. if not priority it takes over 3 weeks to hawaii....
