2019 Duel in the Pool

Had a blast at the pool today, lots of a bumps and bruises, but none the less fun.

Looks like the motley crew was dominating once again. I can almost smell the chlorine through the screen

It was until 2/3 into the last heat......The shaft broke at the joint, it was a glued shaft not a brazed. OH well..........

Thats pretty cool. Do they charge the club to use the facilities?

Yes the Club rents the pool, sometimes members or guests pay to offset the cost, I think its only around $100 for the 3 hours of warm fun. Oh and tips for the lifeguards who swim to pick up parts....LOL

I’m pumped up for the weekend and even more pumped for duel in the pool..........

No snow storms this weekend... And I'm taking delivery of a newly painted boat, so I have to come. Can't wait!

Had a great time, as usual. Already planning for next year. I need an illegal boat for micro, and a cat for offshore.

I traveled solo this year, no pit crew, and didn't have time for any photos or video. Snapped a few in the "pits" as I was packing up.
