Just a quick update before I run out the door. Were almost at 50% for payments. Ill update the "paid" list this evening. Id really like to be able to pay the screen printer mid next week and get these things ordered. Im thinking after payment has been made to the screener, all shirts will be $17.00 there after and no longer reflect the "pre order" pricing.

I'll second that motion Scott. The ones we currently have cost like $17.50 with pockets and $16.00 without.

This is getting too drug out. Sunday, if there is a chance to run at Ackerman, will be the last day checks or cash will be accepted for the pre order pricing. I likely will NOT be attending Sunday so please give checks or cash to Bill H.

Scott, Have we met the goal on the T-shirts payments to get the order placed? Maybe a kindly reminder needs to be sent to the people who are needing to pay. As you have stated, it is about time to get this issue resolved and shirts on order for the people who promptly made payment.

I'll 2nd that motion, but in post 64 it reads that Scott would be placing the order on Monday. With the post date being 8/23, I would assume the shirts got otdered on 8/27.

Yeah I sent an email to Shane last week for the order. Hes been busy w another large order. I contacted him today and is supposed to be getting back to me this evening with an eta. But yes, pre-orders are no longer being accepted. S-xxl are all $17.00 from this point on as said both here and via email. I hope we will have them in by next meet.

The shirt guy hoped he could possibly find time before he went on vacation last week to get them done, if not he said early this week so I should have them in hand in the next day or two.

Also, does this tickle anyones fancy? Shane did it as a "promo" thing to show what he could have done so we havent really discussed prices in full detail, but somewhere in the $15.00 range is what it seems for a quality flex fit hat (strap hat shown in pic). Or for a dollar less a hat w/ a strap in the back. I wear a lot of flex fits and they are really nice.

Looks like we might have shirts by our next run date.

I'm not that big a fan of wearing caps though and usually do a full brim hat for hiding from the sun.
