can anyone explane to me what the new voltage rules we are voting on will actually do? do the new rules if voted in make the higher voltage batteries legal or what? or does it just mean the cd can check battery levels etc? thank I am having a old timers moment here...

My reading is basically going to actually voltage..ae..A 4 cell 14.8 pack is usually 16.88..so the extra .04 isn't huge..but will make AZ difference..current cells can be charged that high..The higher voltage stuff can be charged much higher..basically I think this is made to have a standard..and in my opinion should be checked pre race
