I am going to post photo's and winners scores that I have. The complete 3 rounds will be up on RCRacingevents in a couple days. My laptop has a funky code so it won't upload. Bill B will be back from business in Michigan tomorrow and can fix the issue. Again my apologies if incomplete but doing the best we can. In the class photos the Winner has a gold hat and wide white ribbon on his medal, 2nd place blue hat & ribbon, and 3rd place has only a medal with narrow white ribbon. So give me some time to figure out pics and two finger typing.

King Richards twin won the 1st 3 heats and seeking a perfect day got taken out in the final. Some really Fast Cats (pun intended)

WOW 25 boats and after 3 heats Isaac had 1100, JJ Horvath 950, Jay Moffit 900, Bob Zola 825, Jeff Westbrook 825 and Don Huff 825. 6 boat final and everyone in the hunt. Run the heat and Isaac DNF gets him 1125, Jeff Westbrook wins with 2 cuts 825+300=1125, and Bob Zola 2nd 825+300=1125. After much confusion and scoring reviews we have a 3 way tie and now a 3 boat winner take all. Ya can't even write this script. If there is a better FE class run anywhere let me know.

New local class and impressive speeds out of a 40X75mm motor limit, Also note 3rd with a Leecraft Tunnel. Mono-Cat-Tunnels comingled. Hope we can expand in the future with a hydro class. (My JAE 33 runs 70mph with a 6S 40X74)

Sunday weather a bit better but some big wind gusts then the pond laid down and then it got rough again over and over.

Bob Zola led the field with 850 then Shawn Junker, Ken Haines, Jay Halbrehder and Craig Eakins tied for second all with 825. Shawn got out in front and led Jay for 5 laps and blew over. Another large 25 boat field and close fast competition.

Tyler Davis perfect 1600 a flawless drive and the best setup hydro in the field.

Richards twin blistered the 1st 3 rounds and Luis got the edge after some buoy cuts for Richard. Great runs by all.


Open Hydro no photo Ken Haines wins after 2 with 800 points. Jay H with a second then crashed and sunk. Ralph Almirola was way to fast for the water and rounded out the field with a boat he drove the first time on Friday.

That's it. End of the 2020 race and will start planning for 21. Looking for more sponsors and stiffer competition to make one of the best stand alone FE races in the country. Thanks again to the Brandon Club for a great facility and unselfish help from a bunch of club members who don't own FE equipment. (Yet) If anyone has photos or comment please post (good or bad )
