As I mentioned in an another thread, I had lunch with the guys on Sunday and it was nice to visit with my peeps. Also nice to see Robert Holland and Dave Santistevan make it out from Colorado, Bob Zola and Marc Cerankowski from Michigan and Russ and Susan Stark from L.A. The weather was perfect! Typically the case with our WW races, be we have had a few events where the weather made it sporty.

Thank you Steve at OSE for being the Title Sponsor yet again! Your support helps get these events off and running. Greatly appreciated.

Lastly, big thanks to the Scottsdale Model Boaters for continuing the WW racing, with a special thank you to Alan Grossman, who picked up where I left off, with the organization of this event. This year may not have pulled the numbers as previous years, but the WW events have never really been about boat count. It's all about getting out to the pond with friends during the off season (for most), and getting boats tuned for the upcoming racing season. It's always successful in that regard.
