n1.......... I'll need rest and that should give me a good amount of power nap time. If that pond is as rough as the last time I was there we'll spend more time retrieving these than racing them.

We should change the class to zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz1. hahaha

        Ray,

I'm going to run a 27t brushed motor. Tom is going to run a 17.5t brushless. It's now a Roar stock motor. I'd say either motor is OK. If you want to run brushless, you can pick up a17.5t brushless motor cheap from China. Tom and I also use LiPos.

Last time I was in London it rained cats n' dogs........ n' sheep n' pigs n' a reindeer I think. We raced anyway. Had a great time too.

NAMBA has been allowing brushless ROAR stock 17.5T motors and lipos in N1 since 2010which I plan to run in Ontario if OK with everybody.

NLMBC is going to try something new with the introduction of a 10 minute enduro race.
The general rules for the enduro race
will be any legal electric mono, full mill start, M course , one optional pit stop allowed and total number of
‘clean’ laps to determine the winner. For the optional pit stop, contestants must use the pit area
to work on their model. Any setup change is allowed including a pack change. A ‘clean’ lap is a
lap completed without any type of penalty. The intent of the enduro race is to give drivers more
                time on the water.

Guys, I don't mean to get in your business but you already have a lot of classes to get through. Trust me. I've done this once or twice. You're going to have your hands full if you throw in another long water time heavy retrieve class. This class alone will take up a lot of time. 10 minutes of water + 5 minutes of pit + 5 minutes of retrieve + 5 minutes of arguing about how many laps were turned is going to take........forever. Randall is going to lose his mind running these heats.

A few questions. What size course are we running? What facilities are available, ie., power, tables, canopies, etc, or should we bring our own?

Pretty sure Londons a 1/6th of a mile course. We plan on setting up a very large canopy over the drivers stand so if it rains, we will be ready, or if the suns hot, we will have shade. There will be a "pit" area with tables. Personal canopies are a must. There will be some generators, but it is very advisable to bring your own. Porta Potties will be on site.

                              John,

Is PETE up for a rematch in Scale? We had some close racing last year, looking forward to racing with him. My Atlas has a fresh motor, esc & cells, she ready to rock!

Bob Z is working on getting his new Scale Pay & Pack ready for the race also.

Yup, Petes going to be there with the old beat up (yet fast and super handeling) Llumar. I've got an Executone that I picked up from Steve Ressor....brutally fast but catches a lot of air.
