I am going to keep this list open till Thursday 04 March 10, if anyone is interested now is the time do say so. Please be considerate, as I don't need guys leading me on and bailing out at the time of payment. I am not gaining any profit off this deal, It is just my time organizing this, and sharing this deal with those that have shown interest in this RTR.
And on a side note, I am in no way shape or form affiliated with DF HK.

I know I'm going to get slammed for saying so and it's no skin off my nose but do you guys realize you are undermining Steven who WAS going to bring these boats in? You're using his forum, which is absolutely great for us FE guys, to buy these out from under him. Not kosher folks. Had you done this over on RRR or somewhere else I could see it but not HERE!

Also, you do have a bit of a conflict of intrest as well and have used the forums to push your products on occasion. Lets not forget that.

Look at it this way, we can be the guinnea pigs for these boats. If they turn out to be great, and we all will provide feedback, then Steve should be able to sell a bunch of them. If they turn out to be junk....maybe he won't carry them.

The difference is Steven also sells some of my products and I have asked his permission. I also don't offer to bring in something he sells and give it away for cost. I do NOT carry anything Steven does except my own products although I easily could. It's called mutual respect. And yes, he is aware of this thread and he is not happy about it but mostly that the DF people will sell to anybody.

OK, I've had my say. I'm out. Just stop and think guys! We don't want to lose this forum or hurt Steven's great business!

First I would like to thank Jim for standing up for me. He and I have spoke of this issue, so he knows exactly where I stand.

This is a major thorn in my side. But it’s a thorn I can deal with. I don't blame a customer for trying to get a good deal. What does upset me to no end is a manufacturer selling to customers for the same cost as they are willing to sell to a dealer. I deal with this thread, I did what any grown boy should do when he has a problem, I went and found a shoulder to cry on(Jim's) lol

Why have I not closed the thread?
I've let many a thread like this go by untouched and unaltered, for the simple reason that I want a free flow of information, shared by all of us. In the end it helps all of us.
