supervee 27 trying to go fast

This was my first boat given to me as a bare hull. Has a rocket RC 3670 2280kv. First time running brand new 6s2p packs not broken in yet. Trying props out with an octura x640 and a TLF 43mm. The octura ran stable but slower. The TFL made the boat fast and unstable no matter what I did. Top speed for this day was 64mph. The boat was severely hurt by the end of the day with a twisted rudder and seam splitting. Im in the process of severe rebuild and reinforcement now. Likely doubling the weight of the bare hull and slowing it down. Id rather build something meant to go fast than keep destroying this boat.


I havent edited a video in 10+ years so bare with me on that part.

Nice run, she really moves well and stable handling. Too bad you crash damaged it. Hopefully you can fix it again [emoji106]
