I changed my signature to "glue sniffer" when I got out of the organization side of NAMBA. I wanted to be just some guy from MI.

We used to put the hair pin down on the left end and then used a LeMans start. 5,4,3,2,1,0 then drag race to the first pin. LOTS of laughs but the carnage can be brutal.

Terry is right.. we have a tight corner then turn left after exit of turn 1.. then out to a distant buoy then kinda dodge peninsula to turn 2.. nothing wrong with haveing fun.. and yes me jay has retired to AZ.. but we will make sure he races.. just posted thread on events.. 14th annual Winter Warmups coming up.. I looked at the peninsula from google earth and it's a ton of land to rip out. Plus a large pavilion. Even 6 or 7 feet cut back would make that end so much better. Hope they do it for ya's.

Get to races fellas. Any of them. AZ, Atlanta, MI. Pick one. Racing is fun but hang'n with a group of morons that love rc boats................it's like that credit card commercial...............priceless. It ain't NASCAR. It's not laps laps laps win win win. Nobody is getting rich. Winning is just a bonus. Go hang out and have some laughs with your toys. You will have zero regrets regardless of the venue.
