Is that seriously running on 2S? What is the KV of your motor, any idea how many amps it's pulling? I'm curious as I would like to build a rigger this Fall.

Hey sorry I totally missed your reply! Yes that is a single 2s SMC 6500. Not sure how many amps, although I plan to buy a eagletree soon so I can do some logging on all my crap. I can tell you I had to turn off the LVC on the Dynamite 120 and I know its not any of my batteries that make it kick in. I'm sure its atleast 100 amps. It rips with a 3s pack. Its a 3480 KV

Dude, that thing just rips on 2S!!!!!!!WHHHAAAATTT. . .what or who makes this hull . .I'd love to make a couple of these. This would be perfect for this pond a block away and it's always so smooth because the pond is protected or surrounded by trees and a few houses on one side and gator free . .lol. I think. Indeed share.. .motor KV and when you ran it on 3S was it with the same prop?. . .heat issues? nice runs.. . .

Its from tobsd.com its the 28" poseidon rigger. Basically a h&m dr. evil. I never even ran it the way it came. Motor mount is setup for a 28mm can, turn fin/mount bracket is garbage. I'll post a couple pics

Here's the fin and bracket I made. Also a shot of it sitting in water. I slotted the stock motor mount for a 36 can, and shaved the bottom off a free 120a dynamite I got so it could fit under the boom tube. It is a TP3630 3480kv from Darin. I had to prop down for 3s once the water/ambient temps started picking up. I have an x637 on it now. I was having issues puffing a 3s pack. Its better now but it is still a pretty hot 3s setup. I may prop down even more for 3s, but I more so use it on 3s for some SAW runs. I'm thinking about trying the 2030kv OSE Neu motor Steve has now.

Yes its fun to drive. My other 5 boats have pretty much just sat on the shelves all summer since I finished this one early spring. Probably going to sell a couple. This is my first boat that uses 1 battery and I love that part Lol. I forgot to add I put a regular .150 cable and collet in it also. It had a 2 piece POS 4mm setup.

Thanks. I am thinking about painting the tub this winter but not sure. It took me a while just to paint the sponson's. Its a pretty cool color, metallic charcoal.

                        Mxkid26,
                        Nice job!! Quite quick
I an considering building a H&M Dr Evil, with a lower KV / higher voltqage setup. Im having difficulty finding info about the setup.
Can you measure some things on your setup?
                        1. Weight of the boat, dressed and ready to go.
                        2. Where the CG is from where the sponson touch?
                        Thanks!!

                        3. What is the distance between where the sponsons touch to the prop hub?
Cheetah, Super Rio, (Mod) Starship (Mod and sold),

Sorry I haven't been on here much lately. I can get some measurements for you if you still need them!
