Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to reply like this to your first post, but you should NEVER run an FE boat so close to people in or on the water. It is simply unsafe, and even with insurance you may not be covered if someone is injured. I have seen what a fast spinning prop can do to flesh and blood, you don't want to find out, believe me!

Your new setup looks pretty good, maybe some strut adjustment or CG change to stop the hopping. A little more info about your boat, motor, ESC and prop would help us to help you.

its seaking 180a leopard 4082 1600kv 945 prop. I did adjust strut after vid but spun collet on flex cable. I cut the collet to hold cable better but haven't tried it yet.

Went out this evening and test. Need to lower the strut just a hair, way to close to the bracket. I am very happy with her. Get up on plane faster, and I would say over 50mph. Could not get radar gun on it. I have to say honestly alittle scared of it, but I thing get more run time I will want something faster.
