Did some testing today...its getting there...figure in the high 50's so far. We'll trow a GPS in next week If I can remember where I put it.

How's it coming along Doby? It is looking solid on the water in this vid. Which is good with the breeze there.

Great looking ride doby! What is motor esc prop set up?
Also how long is your rudder (below the ride pad)?
Is she pretty stock or did you tweak some?

We haven't done anymore testing since, the owner is not in the best of health right now and his long term outlook is not good

The rudder depth is whatever the stock set up is on the Rockstar..sorry, I don't have the boat to measure it. The only other tweaking we have done is CG with the batteries (way forward!!!)

Its got a Proteus 750 (ish) KV and a CC Ice 200 HV on 10S2P. The motor is a fairly inexpensive way to see if the hull is viable as a FE boat (it is!) and if it ever dies, we didn't really lose that much $$ and can upgrade from there.

If I remember correctly, its running a 3 blade CNC 52mm prop. He has a 54 as well but we haven't tried it yet.

Using my calibrated eyes, I'd say its in the upper 50's right now and shows lots of promise to handle more speed eventually.

Wendy has type 2 diabetes. I've seen her health decline since I met her. The 4 rear ender's she has been in in 10 years isn't helping either. Is it the Al with glasses and has a motley crew too? Nice guy.
