Well I have been hunting this for awhile, been hovering in the very high 90's for a bit now but I got Chris(Dasboata) to 'tweak' my fave props and got 98.2 on Sunday morn. I did a couple of little things such as adding DuraLube oil to my flexes and shaved 5/8" off the rudder and wala = 100.9mph on about my 4th pass which is the one in the vid here.

Awesome job Shawn!! What you said in your post reminded me of my post when I finally got thru the wall, couple common things, copied it below:

"Short video of the pass, was just trying to break thru my wall of 98mph I was stuck at for a while. I sent my props to Chris (Dasboata) for him to work his magic and shortened my rudder a little. This was the result...."

So, what I take from this,

Guys named Shawn= Really really fast
That Dasboata guy= knows his stuff
Short Rudders= Good for SAW runs
