Does anyone have any idea what kind of amp draw I will be looking at with this setup??

Nice setup and good ideas, this boat is going to be a monster. You're going to want some nice batteries for 6s2p 5000mah and 8s should be a nice number.

Have you picked an esc yet? Its hard to say what amps you'll be pulling as prop and running attitude dictate that more than anything else. So with that said giving yourself some overhead is always a good idea, I say a swordfish 240 or swordfish 300 esc.

For the record Keith Bradley Boats, has the swordfish 300 in a special SAW edition without the big heavy aluminum case, much lighter and easier to mount.

I had planned on the swordfish 240.. I'm hoping that will be sufficient for this setup. Maybe someone in this forum will give me more info on that but from other setups I've seen online I think it will be fine. Thanks for viewing my video I appreciate that and I'm glad to get you're feedback on my build.. :-)

I don't plan on running saw style with this boat and I will be using a modest prop setup..

One thing I would suggest you do is cut back your rudder some. It seems longer than it needs to be.

Make sure you clean the inside of the hull with alcohol and then scuff up the surfaces ( 80 grit sandpaper works well) that you are going to be gluing too.

Ok thanks for the pointers.. And as for the rudder length I was kinda thinking the same thing. Thanks again!

Where do you plan on mounting the ESC?
