Nice! Looks like it was pretty fast! What motor and what was the other boat at the end?

TP something, can't remeber the size in his. The other boat is my new CF Cheetah. Today was her maiden run. Too rough to dial her in.

Looks like it runs good. How fast you looking to go with yours? Your using a neu 1527 aren't you? That's what I'll be running in mine. I have a 1250kv 1527 and it'll be run on 8s. I hope it does a little better than my first cheetah.

No, mine is running a TP 4070. It's more power then needed. With a 300A controller, the question is..... how fast can I go without blowing over. We'll see. Just a fun project and it was the only FCR hull I hadn't built.

Waiting on some decals from Monojeff...

Very nice clean job! Where is the cooling line from the rudder?

Thanks. The lines are hidden under the gunwale. Every build I do, I keep it as neat and simple as possible. Don't like clutter.

I dont like clutter either. Sorry for the ignorance, what's a gunwale? Is it the lip above where the batteries go? I was going to mount my lines under there but I'm not sure how to hold them in place. I was going to epoxy metal line along there....

My CF Cheetah. Rough water maiden... There is a lot more potential in this cat.
