    Looks good!
Did you up grade your cable? What size prop were you using? This boat can be tons of fun!

The video was shot with stock cable and stock prop. I did not upgrade the cable and prop yet, i'm waiting to have a little more money to make an order that will worth the shipping fees to Quebec! And also, i need to understand all the prop diameter and pitch thing... it sounds like chinees to me!lol!

        The stock prop works great!

Just read a bit more and if anything, look at some charts that were posted by member and gradually you will get the hang of it.

I just look back at my video, and i noticed that my boat ''skips'' on the water alot, compaired to most of the boats i see in others videos. What could be the problem here?

By "skipping" you mean it jumps across or is it porpoising? Looks like it's doing it with 3s.
Few things to consider: COG, which is your point of balance, I follow the 70/30% rule. The distance from the transom to the balance point is 30% of the total length of the hull.
Also that you should be aware of is that the hull is a molded ABS plastic material, if the last 30% of the V bottom is not smooth, i.e., looking at it against the light, if you see dimples and bulges, then there is the reason why it doesn't ride smoothly. It is what it is, if this were a FG hull, you should true it, but with ABS, it's probably better to leave it alone.

I just check the COG, and it is at +/- 31% (212mm from the transom) and the hull seems ok.

I seemed to have forgotten to point out that the trim tabs need to be checked, if you have the stock ones, they are short tabs integrated with the turn fin, not the best and most convenient to adjust. They should be in neutral to begin with, then gently bent down just a hair, see what happens. Use a steel ruler to see the attitude of the tabs, place the edge of the ruler on the bottom of the hull so half of it is on the hull and the other half is on the tab. The Rio EP does not have an adjustable strut or stinger, whatever the angle your brass tube is sticking out, you are stuck with it, assuming the factory has a good consistency of setting it up.
There is a guy here by the name of Lenny, he did way more on his Rio EP than anyone else, I remember he took many clips of his boat and a few runs were a bit like yours as well. He did a lot of mods to it and i don't know what /how is the latest.
Mine is very heavy, as I kept the stock ESC in the boat, then I added dead weight ( heavy bolts I found in my tool box, lol...) right at the transom, I don't seem to have that trait, but it is hard to say as I haven't run her for a couple of years and my memories are fading.
