Ok so maybe this was my fastest 6s pass. I dunno. I call myself trying to take notes and videos but I have so much stuff I lost track. As far as I could find, that's my fastest 6s pass. I think i got confused. I ran 83.3 mph on 7s with the castle motor and etti esc. Now I'm faster than that on 6s with the seaking 180. I don't remember it ever picking up that much going one cell higher tho....83.9 on 6s and jump to 95.6mph on 7s? Doesn't sound right.....does it?

Anything is possible. My Skunkworks II cat (same as river cat) made an 89 mph pass through the lights on 6s so a bit faster with 7S on the GPS is not unreal. IME you need to back up an odd GPS reading to verify its accuracy.

It's not a question of gps fluke. I've run low 80's consistently but for some reason I thought I ran like 87 on 6s. I went back through my stuff and found I was running high 80's on 7s with non revolectrix batteries. Then to think I went from 88ish on regular batteries to 95.6mph on the revolectrix is hard for me to believe. I don't have any fluke passes. I always make multiple passes. I've went over 94 more than half a dozen times. I'm just getting confused and some stuff is running g together because I've been making alot of runs lately.

Well I watched my video from earlier with the 83.9mph pass. I wasn't into it all the way and had to shut it down. So I think it would have gone faster. I have about a 1" shorter rudder on it too which explains the highest 6s speed so far. I think it's now capable of 85-87 on 6s. I could not hang on to the throttle all the way but for a split second. The boat was heading for land. I'd upload the video but my wife was making fun of me at the end. She's not into this stuff at a all and I made he come with me once. She wanted to drive the thing (she does not know how to drive an rc car other than maybe up the driveway and back) and I wanted my boat to return home with me so I didn't let her drive it. Probably the best choice lol. She got mad but got over it. Had she wrecked My boat.....we'll let's just say I would not be over it for a long while.

Lol my 5 year old daughter and wife drive my hpr's......the whole time I am scared out of my mind. The truth is they are pretty good at driving but it still worries me to no end. I always think what if !!!!! The funny thing is they don't want to drive the cheap boats that I built for them only the 5 k plus ones. Lol

Well I know exactly what my wife will do.....she will immediately squeeze the trigger wot.....and the boat will jump clean out the water. Flip. And I'll have to go get it. Here response will be "this is so stupid, this is what you spend most if your time doing?" So...no...she no drive it. Maybe if I put it on 4s but right now I have no 2s packs. I'll order some soon tho.
