Nice, are you getting used to the boat or is it pulling right, or both?
Thanks, it is BOTH, but my terrible driving is making the turns awful now that I am looking at it with more objective eyes! Another reason why I don't race, I still want friends in the FE community!
Doug do you use any tow in on the front of the right sponson (turn fin sponson) to prevent pull to the right or other methods. Thanks.
I have tried that and while it does help I have had more success putting a shim behind the right side of the strut on the boats that needed it.
A few other things to check.
Make sure that the strut is dead nuts level with the bottom of the tub. There are some struts with some negative built in. IME the boats don't like it, just like they don't like lifting props.
Make sure you have enough rudder. I just went over a boat for a gentleman that had the rudder mounted too high. The boat pulled right hard (prop walk) and didn't want to come out of a turn.
The JAE turn fin needs to be sharp and dead level with the top of the tub looking across the tub from the left side.
It has been reported that sharpening it on both sides helps although I haven't tried it.
CG too far forward. 60/40 rule or approx. EDIT >13.25". Error on the side of more weight on the tail.
Of course the prop needs to be sharp and thin.
If all of that checks out experiment with shims being sure to maintain a level strut.

Doug is the 14" from the rear of tub or from the rear of ski. Also where is the cg in relation to the turn fin ie back of fin, centre of fin etc Thanks.

Thank you for taking your time , sir! especially today!
I can see already a few things which I need to go over. I have the gas strut, bottom is level with tub, but 1mm above the inner tub surface? Will try to move down .
Rudder is def. mounted TOO high.
CG measurement: if anything, mine is less than 14" from the transom?? Tail heavy...

Sorry fellas I went by memory and should have known better than that. I posted in error and edited my original post.
I just pulled a boat out to check. The CG is 13.25" from the back of the tub. That should put it very close to the center of the bottom of the turn fin.
The Zippkits turn fin is in the center of the mounting holes. (left to right)
Don't stress about them being a little tail heavy if that's the case unless they are dragging the tails.
Sorry about the error.

Thank you!
I am glad you got one too, I love mine. The boat is on the smaller side but you would never guess that if you see how stable she runs. It is lightweight and really goes well with the Aqua Craft UL-1 motor. Look forward to seeing your vid.

Yes, Sir, more running and more video , with less storage space .
Update: I put a TP motor, 3640 6D ( 2460kv) in my Zippkits JAE 21 FE with a Swordfish Pro+220A-6s, running with a H7 prop prep'd by Dasboata, speed jumped to 69.6mph. DSCN1469.jpg
