Saw it hit the white thing in the water...and it was still there afterwards.

No Doug....I only hit stationary wakes...

At about 2:01, I did see a white bird (seagull??) take off though

That's what I saw also you hit another bouy in the 1st lap at 28 !! just saying what I saw ! at 200 it hit the bouy and launched !
