One thing I would suggest is to true the Sponsons, it makes a world of difference in the hulls handling.

Ok but excuse my ignorance: what do you mean by to true the sponsons? Ad how should I process ?

You block sand the bottom of the Sponsons, to make them flat, and make the inside edge sharp. In my build I explain the process step by step.
