    Thanks,
Sill testing with it and props.
And some other tweaking to try with it to,
It is ridding a little bit smoother now.
    The weird thing is,
When I first got this boat I was checking it over good and setting it up.
And if I put this hull on a flat table it wobbles about 1/8" side to side on the sponson's.
I thought it needed to be blue printed to make run good.

I ran today and was testing a new modded prop,
But I could only get to 3/4 throttle with it,
I will need to do more testing with this one to get it running smooth.
Also had some nice glass to test on and see how it rides on it with the other modded prop,
From the first setup and video at the top first post.

Testing new prop at 3/4 throttle or it needs wings,
      It's a modded m645 sharpened and balanced, backcut,cupped.

In my other mystic on the same day,
I tried this prop on a almost stock setup other than a 120a seaking esc in it.
It give me 5mph more gps with a Garmin etrex legend than the stock prop did on two back to back runs.

      Modded m645 prop.

      Again,

First prop from top post, But on glass.
      Modded m445 prop.

Let me know what you think.

Looks real good on the third clip. These hulls typically have the wah-wahs in the mid range, once you punch the throttle past 75%, it will level out somewhat. I think your modded m445 works well, which prop did you use in the second clip?
I like your mobile-work table, wish I have a SUV that can haul all that gear!

I thought you would have a big RV for all your boats,
And a real boat in tow.
The other prop is another one from the package deal of the 11,
              It's a modded m645 sharpened and balanced, backcut,cupped.

How are the ride pads? I hope they are better than my MG, that Mystic hull look real pretty in the water.

My friends Mystic aslo has a better hull / ride pads than my 'old' m Geico has. Seems they did a quality check when molding the mystic and probably the BJ to . It was real easy to dial it in weras mine still bounch like a rabitt no matter what.

The hull has a twist in it,
On a level table it has a wobble of 1/8" port side to starboard side.
And a 1/8" gap at the transom port side to starboard side sponsons ride pads.
But it rides pretty nice in all types of water conditions when all the setting and prop is right.
I think this new m645 prop is adding more lift,
So I may need to move the strut setting a little.
And than may be I can get the boat to run smooth with this prop,
So I can get up to full throttle runs with the setup again.
We will see what it needs to handle the new speeds from the prop,
I also have a couple more modded and bigger props to try next time out.

cool, really like the spot you got, close to shore on both sides but big enough for fast fun :-)

Here are the last run we had before autum last year.

                        maxmekker Hi,
What is your setup in the boats and on what S or volts are you running ?
                        Look pretty good for speeds.
That spot is good when I am testing for speeds and stuff,
It is three minutes away for the house.

                        Hear some more testing,
But it is only running at 3/4 throttle so far.
And gps with a Garmin etrex legend at 55.9 mph on 4s and old cells to,
I just added some new strut bushing.
It had a bad wobble at the prop shaft since I bought the boat,
Now it spins nice and smooth.
I need to move the cells up a hair or two,
Than may be I can try the faster modded prop I have at full throttle.

                          Lenny,

I like your mystic. Does setting your batts to the outsides of the sponsons help with the ride? And how do you have your strut set?

I'm new to rc boating so I purchased a miss geico a few months back and I recently upgraded it but in having trouble keeping tin the water. She like to flip. I think I need to make some adjustments to the setup and need to learn to drive a bit better. I have the same esc as you, and I put a 4.8 hp 82mm 1800kv motor from Fine Design. For prop I have an octura x642 and x646. With this set up I tried putting the stock prop to see how it would ride and from the torque my prop basically decinigraded. For batts I have a set of 2s 5600 mah and a set of 3s 5000 mah.

So I can't seem to keep my boat in the water at high speed. Every time I juice her she takes flight. I have the batts pretty far forward IMO and now I'm adjusting the strut in an attempt to keep the nose down but I haven't figured it out yet. So any advise or tips is appreciated.

                            Hi,
I would like to see some pictures of your boat,
And the inside setup with the lipo's in it.
Like as if you where going to run it at the lake,
Also do you have any video's of how it is running ?

                              Hi Lenny,

I'm not very tech savy and new to this site so I'm not sure how to upload pics. If you will give me your email I will be more than happy to take some pics and send them to you?

I just bought the boat a few months back and upgraded it in the last week or so so I don't have pics of the set up or videos. I will take some pics and I can easily email them to you. Since my batts are large what I did was put Velcro on the sides of the batts but where they attach to the boat is opposite of you. So they stick to the inside of my sponsons instead of to the outside like you. That's why I asked you if that helps with the stability? I'm not too familiar the mystic so when I saw the pics of your layout I didn't know if you set it up that way or if that's how it comes
