The props are M447 and detounge already, should I detounge even more than stock M series??
Yes they are L+R outwards spinning
    Im running n°2 5S 4500mah 65C
Motors wind I really have no idea, it's not in the motors description either. At 15° no heating issue and run fine.
    Thanks for all the help

Re the airdam do as Fluid does, a simple large drinking straw held on with tape along its length. Fit the dam 50mm in from front of tunnel, works perfect.

so the straw is sticking to the transom with tape side to side and 50mm from the front ?? should i try to keep the airdam shape rounded like the straw

It dosnt really matter if the straw is perfectly round or not, it can be a square piece of wood or lexan angle as its just to break the air flow under the tunnel. The straw goes right accross the tunnel 50mm in from the front of the tunnel, why do you mention transom as this is nothing to do with fitting an airdam.

My air dam is about 40mm from the front of the tunnel and 10mm tall. You can make it out of anything you want. I use a windshield wiper blade and good servo tape. So far it's held well. But if Jay is doing 90 on this hull without an air dam, I would add one as a last resort. We've given you allot of possible things to look into as far as set up. Only change one thing at a time. Start off with moving the CG forward.

Thanks a lot Chilli, will do as advised.
First move the CG forward more, the lipos can move max 50mm forward, than I have no more room in front. Eventually lead weights ??
What angle you suggest for the stingers 0°, + or - ??
I disabled the LVC and running without BEC, using a separate Robbe Liposaver for 5S lipos to stay safe and run only on really flat water.
Last try will be the airdam as you quote.

Can I see a pic of the inside to see how you get the 5s lipos to fit in that hull, are they in the sponsoons?

will try to post a picture but they are both next to one another up front as possible for CG, the hatch is precise due to height of lipos so I have to squeeze it down with extra tape. Will remove the lipo tray to gain 3mm height also and secure the velcro strips directly to hull, both T180 ESC are up front of lipos pushed up under front of hull. hade to trim the hatch edge of the hull to position them there. They fit exactly now.

The front of my boat was foamed in for strength and floatation so I had no place to put lead weight. I ended up with over six ounces of stick on lead on the tunnel floor behind the air dam. My final CG ended up at close to 40%. I'm building a new boat and will foam some lead into the nose. I am also doing much more carbon fiber reinforcement on the second boat. Strut angle should go down but in very small amounts and only after you have tried moving the CG forward.

I have only one short video of a SAW run from last month. I'm kind of embarrassed I came off the throttle early before crossing the second light. My two way average was 92.6 and fast pass for the weekend was 95. The boat is a single on 6S1P.

                              Hi Chilli,
I foamed the front of mine also all the way to the hatch opening and left a little room for the n°2 T180 Esc. If i need weight can I stick the led weights like you did.
Will first try to move the lipos as far up first, then we will see.
I like your lake, we almost never have flat water like that, it's close to the ocean on one side and hills on the other so there is always a breeze going one way or the other. Love to try my Cat in similar conditions with proper setup of course.
One single pass at almost 100mph, great going. Was it a rigger ??
