Cheers guys , im running COG at 11 & half inch's & running 60-130c 4500mah 6s pack in front of the motor , the prop is a S&B x646 with speeds around the 55 -60 mph mark , the speedie is a seaking 180 with extra caps ....

After a 3-4 minute run every thing comes back cool , that motor makes 4.5 Hp & can turn bigger props than that with out getting hot ! But i found that set up loves the x646 after testing 5 different props ....

At 4.6 HP/3449watts , that motor is drawing 160 amps , temps on the ESC , motor & battery never got over 36cDF33 6s 4082 1500kv (1).jpg

All i can say guys is try a 60c plus lipo , cause this boat never performed as it did in the video , till i tried the 65-130c lipo well worth the bit of extra cash i spent on some decent cells !!!! These are the cells im using http://www.hyperionaustralia.com.au/?stg=1387&view=1387 & i found my seaking 180amp ESC didnt cut out early like they have a habbit of doing cause these cells hold their voltage & for the first time i can set the LVC @ 3.2volts
