    Avoiding a muskrat!

    Can't really see it very well, but here is the muskrat crossing from the weekend.
    Had to take some evasive action with the motley.
    Ya I know the setup wasn't quite right, a little loose, whaaa whaaa whaaa. Was trying a 440/3, needed a to drop the strut a touch.
    Funny thing is the rat swam closer and checked out the boat after I stopped!
    If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

            LOL there is a good chance it wont be around next year, trapping is still popular around here. My grade 9 science teacher (Beaver Bailey) was a trapper who brought in animals for the class to skin!
            Ya because of the drought we're being treated to some real crazy fall colours this year. Problem is in a couple weeks all those leaves will be floating around the pond.
