I've had this conversion boat for a couple years now and decided to upgrade the motor a bit. I Installed a 3660 2200kv, up from 1900 and took her out for a spin. Went like the dickens til I spun out and caused some carnage..................the boat was very full of water when i got it back in.

Its a Syma "toy" conversion which came with twin 380 brushed motors................I really like it, great fun for a smaller boat.

Gotta start on the fix tonite.......I'll use a plate to back the mount now.

Hey thats like mine, All but the hole.
No brake way on the rudder huh.
I still need to mod mine some day.

I think it torqued the rudder sideways..........i've spun out a few times before and never an issue................

What mods are you going to do to yours?

Not sure yet,
Brushless would be a good start.
