This isn't ECO by the way its F1E +1KG, 43v max, time trial format with aprox 10 seconds runtime, ECO boats run the same triangle course but with at several boats on the course at the same time, in one direction only and at a much reduced pace as they are limited to a 2/3s lipo of <280g and have 6/10 minute runtimes for ECO expert and ECO standard respectively.

I wish ECOs were that fast, I would get one for sure! For reference This is ECO expert, with 6 minute runtime its the fastest of the ECO classes
