    Fightercat #068 hits 42mph.And then.........flipped

Took her out with an offshore breeze and hit 42mph. I'm getting closer to what I'm looking for but lost control and flipped again. I'm going to move things around again to change my COG. Dont know which way is going to be better but I guess I'll find out

Seems like you had he whole place to yourself.
What do you use for rescues down there?
Weather is looking good for next weekend. We might try to get out a couple times. I'll let you know later in the week or if I hear anything.

I use 2 arms and 2 legs! lol ! Well, only if it's warm! This time there was a Jet Skier coming back from a run and he picked it up for me. If you watch the whole contour vid, you'll see a bystander attempt to get it and the the Jet Skier came by! I have to invest in a canoe this spring!

I've seen alot of nice cheap small kayaks for sale on craigslist. lol Could always build one of the Vac-u-tugs like I have. Be a fun winter project with your son.

That would be cool. Where did you get all the plans from?

I picked mine up used. Here is the link to their site http://www.vac-u-boat.com/ Look around on the site they list prices and even go through the assembly directions. Been happy with it so far. Small, cheap, reliable, and tough. Has handled some pretty rough water at times too.
