Flying the Tunnels at Legg Lake

Water was smooth & sticky ; a little up angle on the drives got the noses (and speeds) up !!

(vid's taken on new-fangled cell phone)

    Stephen's Stilletto - stock except retrofitted brass stuffing tube/no teflon, Hyperformance propshaft & a P220 :

My Herb Stewart with a UL-1 motor & modded 442 - a little hard to tell in the vid, but the nose was way high, boat was rippin' & looked like a full size tunnel underway (not advised for windy days or racewater )

The Fleet from the day's run :

Are there no turtles to hit at Legg Lake? I'm asking as I've hit one and it ripped my transom and another guy at the same local lake hit a turtle too same day!
