My first electric boat 4074 leopard 5s2p hk180

Just testing the set up.Going easy on the back straight away and full speed on the way in.I don't have a recovery boat to get it, if it flips over too far from shore.
GPS tested at 57.4 mph. http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...pictureid=5575 My fastest time so far is 59.2 mph on the GPS.....http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...pictureid=5642

                    Test runs

I had it on the pond today testing the 2 blade props and its speed run slow with 40mm, 42mm,45mm put the x440/3 is much quicker.I would say around 55mph did not have gps yet, but the guy that is next to me that run his boat earlier said it look closer to 60mph.faster than his spartan v hull modified 6s 2p.that run on the gps at 52mph.I'm happy with the way it runs now!!!!!!!..Thanks to the forum and you guys out there that it turn out well.

I got my gps ,was testing today. With the 5s2p x440/3 it was running 57.4 mph on the gps.battery that was use are Sky Lipo 4000 40c 3s and 2s 4400mah 46c NeuEnergy, temp at battery was 115*f,esc 109,caps 98,motor 101,and the connectors at 97.All are warm to the touch.I will try it next time with other types of props and check speed with the gps,and note the temp readings.I also run it with 4s 2p,and run at 49.5 mph and one connector got a little hot after 3 min ..it seem a little loose.
