Father and son running their boats at the pond today.
Last year I built out a Syncron using a Neu 1.5Y (1500KV) motor on 4S1P. Kept propping it up and up to get more speed, at x646 getting too much chine walking. Sold the 1500KV and replaced it with a Neu 1y (2200KV), running on X642 prop. MUCH better.
My son's running the 2nd hand Triton we picked up frm Keith last year. Has a Castle 1518 1800KV on 5S2P X442. Towards the end of the run the turn fin got loose and so did the boat!
