I'm sure it would have been. What I did was tape that limb to my 10 ft handle of my net and got it dislogded. By that time however it had taken on enough water that the bow was the only thing bobbing in the stream and away she went downstream. I couldn't catch it at the bridge 50yards away so I had to let it go downstream for 1/2 mile and caught it where I knew the current would bring it close to shore. Got my exercise but didn't get wet.
