no paddle tires, that would be crazy! I like a certain amount of drift and don't yet own any paddles. Recon its time.

We put some rear paddles on my sons Slash 2WD at the beach this year. It was a hoot to drive on the sand but all that grit trashed the motor. Looking foward to trying it in the snow this winter.

Just be sure to be wearing some sort of eye protection when you run paddle tires....last year I ran paddles on my Emaxx for the first time and it picked up a rock and flinged it straight at my eye socket...

Good thing I was wearing my snowboarding googles!!

doubt it. my buddies use zip ties then make plastic knobbies. I think paddles would be the ticket since you are looking for biting into the snow as opposed to the ice. Even the plastic knobbies can come off and ... take an eye out.

Didn't you just get that slomo camera? Those things are great for showing what is really happening. Can I ask what kind and how much? The wife wants to know what I want for Christmas but we all know where the money really comes from!

I did just get it - and I LOVE it if you can't tell. Must thanks Antslake for the tip!

camera: Exilim EX-FH20 9MP 3.0" LCD Digital Camera (Black) by Casio (here is cheapest I have found)

here is link to card... best price I found from one of your favorite vendors - you really do want the high speed card to keep from having limitations on writing.

Thanks. I remember you and antslake talking about it and was real impressed with the fact that you can switch on the fly from standard to slow motion. I got a feeling I will have one but I have to check with the kid first, kinda weird but he knows everything starting about age 16! Thanks again for the links, you saved me a lot of footwork.
